       BD-6000系列气动“V”型可动硬密封球阀,具有结构紧凑、密封性能好、使用寿命长等特点,同时具有调节和切断两种功能,密封圈形式有金属硬密封和软密封两种可供选择,以满足不同工况要求;流路简单、流通能力大,可调比达1:100;V型球芯与密封圈在闭合瞬间有一剪切作用发生,可切断介质中的纤维及挤出颗粒物质,具有球芯自洁功能,特别适用于纸浆、污水及其他含纤维、颗粒物质的介质,对工艺介质进行截止或调节控制,广泛应用于造纸、石油、化工、煤化工、钢铁、电力、医药等行业。
该产品具有以下特点
1. 阀体采用整体式设计,避免了普通球阀因中部法兰连接而可能造成的泄漏。
2. 阀芯设计成带有特殊形状的V型缺口,阀门具有近似等百分比的流量特性。该设计使阀门具有精确的控制性能,同时阀芯和密封座之间在运动过程中会产生很大的剪切力和擦拭性能,对含纤维的介质具有切断作用,对含固体颗粒的介质具有自洁功能。

      BD-6000系列气动“O”型切断球阀是一种二片式球阀结构。阀体由主、副二部分组成,球芯采用全通径,额定流量系数大,流阻小至可忽略不计。软密封球芯表面采用特殊工艺进行硬化处理,使其表面光滑耐磨,阀座密封材料为碳纤维增强型聚四氟乙烯;硬密封球芯表面采用喷涂碳化钨处理,具有极强的耐磨性,阀座密封材料为不锈钢堆焊司钛莱合金,使用寿命长。执行机构选用高性能双活塞齿轮齿条结构,传动效率高,结构紧凑。或采用电动执行机构,广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、医药、造纸等行业。
该产品具有以下特点
1. 密封圈采用独特的弹性唇缘密封技术,保证了零泄漏的切断要求,特有的自动补偿功能使阀门具有更长的使用寿命。

The BD-6000 series pneumatic "V" type movable hard-sealed ball valve has the characteristics of compact structure, good sealing performance, and long service life. It also has both regulating and cutting functions. The sealing ring can be in the form of either metal hard seal or soft seal, allowing for selection to meet different working conditions. The flow path is simple, the flow capacity is large, the adjustable ratio is up to 1:100; when the V-shaped ball core and the sealing ring are closed, a shear effect occurs, which can cut the fibers and extruded particles in the medium, and has the self-cleaning function of the ball core. It is particularly suitable for paper pulp, sewage, and other media containing fibers and solid particles, and is used for cutoff or regulation control of process media, widely applied in the papermaking, petroleum, chemical, coal chemical, steel, power, and pharmaceutical industries.
This product has the following features:
1. The valve body adopts an integral design, avoiding leakage caused by the central flange connection in ordinary ball valves.
2. The valve core is designed with a special V-shaped notch, and the valve has approximately equal percentage flow characteristics. This design enables the valve to have precise control performance, while during the movement between the valve core and the sealing seat, a large shear force and wiping performance are generated, which can cut the fibers in the medium containing fibers and solid particles, and has a self-cleaning function for media containing solid particles.
3. The valve core is fixed by two bearings on the upper and lower valve stems, with extremely high rotational accuracy and stability.
4. The flow resistance is small, and the flow capacity is 2-3 times that of ordinary single-seat regulating valves, making the V-type ball valve have a higher cost performance.
5. Due to the valve core being smaller than a hemisphere, the structure is lightweight. The valve has the advantages of small size and light weight, and requires less opening and closing torque than ordinary 0-type ball valves, making it easier to operate.
6. The V-type valve has a wide range of applications. Depending on different working conditions, soft-sealed and hard-sealed options can be provided. The valve seat and valve core can use sprayed hard alloy or tungsten carbide for sealing materials to meet different requirements.
The BD-6000 series pneumatic "O" type cut-off ball valve is a two-piece ball valve structure. The valve body is composed of the main and auxiliary parts, and the ball core adopts full diameter. The rated flow coefficient is large, and the flow resistance is negligible. The surface of the soft-sealed ball core is hardened by a special process to make it smooth and wear-resistant, and the sealing material of the valve seat is carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene; the surface of the hard-sealed ball core is treated by spraying tungsten carbide, with extremely strong wear resistance, and the sealing material of the valve seat is stainless steel clad titanium alloy, with a long service life. The actuator selects a high-performance double piston gear rack structure, with high transmission efficiency and a compact structure. Or it can be an electric actuator, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries.
This product has the following features:
1. The sealing ring adopts a unique elastic lip seal technology, ensuring zero leakage for the cutting requirement, and the unique automatic compensation function enables the valve to have a longer service life.
2. The surface of the ball core is hardened by a special process after grinding and polishing, smooth and wear-resistant, reaching a mirror-like effect;
3. The internal valve stem structure ensures that the valve stem cannot fly out due to pressure during use, providing better safety and rigidity;
4. The ball core adopts a full-diameter straight-through flow path, the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline, with the largest flow capacity and the smallest flow resistance.
5. The ball core only needs to rotate 90° to complete full opening or full closing, the action is simple and rapid;
