该产品具有以下特点
1) 本公司的调节阀均采用S形阀体,具有良好的耐压性和绝对可靠的结构强度,保证了阀门在安装现场,不会引起变形、内漏增大等国产调节阀常见的弊病。阀内流道为低流阻,S形流道,使整机具有非常小的流阻,可调范围广,流量特性精度高。
2) 根据不同的工况,可选用不同结构、完全互换的节流组件,也称阀内件,流量特性有等百分比、直线、快开等可选
3) P系列电动单座阀内件由阀座、阀芯、阀杆组成,采用上导向结构;具有结构紧凑、重量轻、调节精度高、压降损失小、流量特性精确、导向面积大、防振动等优点。特别适用于允许泄漏量小、阀前后压差不大的工作场合。
BD-7000系列电动套筒调节阀是一种压力平衡型调节阀,采用套筒导向、压力平衡型双密封阀芯结构,流道呈S流线型,整体工作平稳。允许压差大、流量精确、噪音低等特点。特别适用于流量大、阀前后压差较大。泄露要求不高的场合。产品广泛应用于化工、石化、化纤、电力、冶金、环保等工业部门的自控系统中。
该产品具有以下特点
1) 流道采用S形构造,能够抑制因流路形状复杂而产生涡流,以及因流路忽然扩大而引起复杂不规则流动等现象,从而实现高效平稳的介质流动。

3) 平衡结构:使阀芯上所受的不平衡力大为减小;同时,它还具有阻尼作业,有利于对控制阀稳定运行,因此能用于较大压差和低噪音的应用场合。

The BD-7000 series electric single-seat control valve, the series of electric single-seat control valves, feature a compact structure, small size, light weight, and sensitive operation. The flow channel is in an S-shaped streamline, with low pressure drop loss, large flow capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient maintenance. It can be used in demanding working conditions. It is particularly suitable for applications where the allowable leakage is small, the pressure difference before and after the valve is not large, and the fluid is clean. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power, textiles, papermaking, etc. 
This product has the following features:
1) The regulating valves of our company all adopt S-shaped valve bodies, which have excellent pressure resistance and absolutely reliable structural strength. This ensures that the valves will not cause deformation or increase internal leakage, which are common problems of domestic regulating valves, at the installation site. The flow channel inside the valve is of low resistance, S-shaped flow channel, making the entire machine have very small flow resistance, wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy.
2) According to different working conditions, different structural and fully interchangeable throttling components, also known as valve internals, can be selected. The flow characteristics include equal percentage, linear, and quick opening, etc.
3) The internal components of the P series electric single-seat valve consist of valve seat, valve core, and valve stem, and adopt an upper guide structure. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, high adjustment accuracy, small pressure drop loss, high flow characteristic accuracy, large guiding area, and vibration prevention. It is particularly suitable for working conditions with small leakage and small pressure difference before and after the valve.
The BD-7000 series electric sleeve regulating valve is a pressure-balanced regulating valve. It adopts sleeve guidance and pressure-balanced double-sealed valve core structure. The flow channel is of S-flow line type, and the overall operation is stable. It has the characteristics of large allowable pressure difference, precise flow, low noise, etc. It is particularly suitable for occasions with large flow, large pressure difference before and after the valve, and low leakage requirements. The product is widely used in the automatic control systems of industrial departments such as chemical, petrochemical, chemical fiber, power, metallurgy, and environmental protection.
This product has the following features:
1) The flow channel adopts an S-shaped structure, which can suppress the occurrence of vortices caused by complex flow paths and the complex and irregular flow caused by sudden expansion of the flow path, thereby achieving efficient and stable medium flow.
2) It adopts modular design, with good interchangeability and universality; by changing different sleeves, different flow coefficients and different flow characteristics can be obtained.

4) Installation and maintenance are convenient: The valve seat is pressed onto the valve body through the valve cover, without using threaded connection, making installation and maintenance convenient.
