磁翻板液位计Magnetic flap level gauge
磁翻板液位计是现场液位显示仪表。它是一种多功能仪表,是玻璃板(管)液位计的更新换代产品。液位显示部位宽、醒目、无显示盲区、可远距离观测,使用过程中不会出现泄露现象。它既能实现现场液位显示,又能实现4-20mA远传,并配有液位报警开关。适用于一﹑二﹑三类压力容器及工艺过程控制的液位显示,并可用于易燃、易爆和有毒环境中。
结构原理:
BDCFZ现场显示型磁翻板液位计主要有磁浮子、立管和指示器构成,磁性浮子在立管内与液位同步浮动,浮子中的磁钢通过磁耦合作用驱动指示器上的磁翻板同步转动变换颜色,红色显示液相,白色显示气相,红白界面就是容器内的实际液位。
报警开关是磁浮子液位计专用的自保持型于簧管开关,将其安装在
磁浮子液位计的立管上相应的报警位置。浮子随液体上升和下降,感应相应的报警开关实现报警控制。
远传变送器是安装在磁翻板液位计的立管上,由于浮子随液位上下浮动使干簧管继电器对信号电阻进行切换,随变送器电路输出与液位相应的DC 4~20mA标准信号。

The magnetic flap level gauge is a field-level display instrument. It is a multi-functional instrument and is an updated version of the glass plate (tube) level gauge. The liquid level display area is wide, conspicuous, has no display blind zone, and can be observed remotely. During use, there will be no leakage phenomenon. It can not only achieve on-site liquid level display, but also realize 4-20mA remote transmission, and is equipped with a liquid level alarm switch. It is suitable for the liquid level display of Class I, II, and III pressure vessels and process control, and can also be used in flammable, explosive, and toxic environments.
Structural principle:
The BDCFZ on-site display type magnetic flap level gauge is mainly composed of a magnetic float, a vertical pipe, and an indicator. The magnetic float floats synchronously with the liquid level in the vertical pipe. The magnetic steel in the float drives the magnetic flap on the indicator to rotate synchronously and change colors. The red color indicates liquid phase, the white color indicates gas phase, and the red-white interface is the actual liquid level in the container.
The alarm switch is a self-retaining type spring tube switch specifically for magnetic float level gauges. It is installed on the corresponding alarm position of the magnetic float level gauge's vertical pipe. As the float rises and falls, it senses the corresponding alarm switch to achieve alarm control.
The remote transmitter is installed on the vertical pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge. As the float floats up and down with the liquid level, the bimetal relay switches the signal resistance, and the output of the transmitter circuit converts to a DC 4-20mA standard signal corresponding to the liquid level.
